Good English communication and writing skills, good knowledge of Gmail and keeping email correspondence, good knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Office (at least Word and Excel), ability to search information on the internet in English.
Experience with Atlassian Jira, understanding of IT terminology, network processes and systems, ability to write manuals, guides and other help documentation, experience with software testing, ability to collect and analyze data.
