We are looking for a Tech Lead / Architect to join our Engineering Team. Our candidate is an all-round player who can work with Ruby on Rails, Java and Frontend.

You can join our team in Kharkov, Cherkassy, or remote.

We are working on a smart campaign management system, allowing automated campaign management and real-time tracking system; we are focusing primarily on the mobile performance industry.

Requirements:

— 4+ years of work experience in web development and software engineering
— 3+ years Ruby on Rails professional experience, with an excellent understanding of backend development and technologies
— JavaScript (Angular), TypeScript, React experience is beneficial
— Great communication skills with high English proficiency
— Minimal knowledge of clouds / CI / Docker / DevOps

— To design, implement and deploy products based on business and industry requirements
— Maintain and solve production issues from a variety of products. Paying particular attention to availability, — scalability and performance
— To build products for internal and external users including API, web-based solutions and data pipeline
— To solve complex problems, prioritize between projects and implement suggestions for improvements
— To continuously research and learn new technologies to improve our products and processes
— To collaborate with other developers by participating in design sessions, tech committees, and code reviews
