We are looking for a Junior/Middle recruiter who will be directly involved in the formation and development of the company’s projects.

Requirements:

— At least 6 months of experience as an IT Recruiter/Researcher/Sourcer;
— Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels;
— Excellent communication skills;
— High level of self-organization, responsibility, and sociability;
— Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust according to the market, propose new tactics;
— Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

— Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute an effective recruiting strategy;
— Manage full-cycle of the recruitment process (job descriptions creation, CV’s screening, conducting interviews, providing timely feedback, etc.);
— Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and represent our company professionally at networking opportunities;
— Be an ambassador of our corporate values and promote them in all aspects of the recruitment process;
— Communication with English-speaking candidates (cold emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
