About Us
Sloboda Studio is a software development company that has been building impactful digital products for clients worldwide. We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with great communication skills and at least upper-intermediate English, who can ensure customer satisfaction through well-executed projects.

Responsibilities:

— Define and oversee the project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

— Lead and manage cross-functional teams throughout the project development lifecycle, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

— Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong relationships.

— Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines. Monitor progress against these plans, adjusting as necessary.

— Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources and financial viability of the project.

— Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement contingency plans as necessary.

— Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet the required standards and client expectations.

— Identify opportunities for project growth, promote Sloboda additional services, propose additional resources, identify additional projects that can be started (upselling, cross-selling)

— Conduct assessment of the existing projects, discover threats and opportunities and develop a change management plan, assuring implementation of the project management best practices and core processes

— Continuously evaluate project processes and methodologies, implementing improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

— Address complex problems as they arise, making informed decisions to guide the project towards successful completion.

— Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular reports on project status to stakeholders.

— Implement and adapt Agile methodologies as needed, facilitating an iterative and flexible approach to project management.

— Manage and effectively communicate changes in project scope, schedule, and costs to relevant stakeholders.

— Develop and maintain project documentation


Skills and Qualifications:

— At least 3 years of experience in managing software development projects, with a deep understanding of project management principles, practices, and methodologies

— At least upper Intermediate English for clear, effective communication with international clients and team members.

— Experience with Agile methodologies, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.

— Strong ability to plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and resources efficiently.

— Experience in managing client expectations and building strong client relationships.

— Competence in managing project budgets and ensuring the financial success of projects.

— Ability to analyse complex information and maintain attention to detail in planning and execution.

— Proactive position, constantly looking for potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities with clients. Threats identification, proposing mitigation plans and ideas for improvement.
