We are looking for a Intern/Junior recruiter who will be directly involved in the formation and development of the company’s projects.
— Сompleted courses or аt least 6 months of experience as an IT Recruiter/Researcher/Sourcer;
— Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels;
— Excellent communication skills;
— High level of self-organization, responsibility, and sociability;
— Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English.
— Working closely with recruitment specialists on different vacancies;
— Sourcing candidates with different channels and resources like (LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni, etc.);
— Communication with English-speaking customers and candidates (cold emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
— Clear, well-established, yet flexible project management process;
