Requirements

• At least 3 + years experience in managing teams
• Deep experience setting up and managing processes for a project/program from scratch
• Practical experience with Agile (Scrum and Kanban) methodologies
• Communication, problem solving and leadership skills
• Creation, maintenance, monitoring of project documentation
• Possess effective problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Tracking and monitoring projects using Jira, Confluence, YouTrack
• Resource planning and allocation
• Technical background

Responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination of processes within the project team
• Decomposition of tasks, analysis of requirements and achieving targets according to sprint goals
• Project planning (resource planning, sprints and releases planning, setting deadlines)
• Communication and reporting to customers
• Monitoring and control over project documentation
• Holding meetings, scrum-meetings, discussion and approval of project implementation with clients
• Managing communications between customers and employees
