Head Of Delivery (вакансія неактивна)

As Head of Delivery you will be responsible for the service delivery and projects implementation through the management of the PMO and the company’s resources (time, budget, specialists, scope of work, and their quality).

Responsibilities:

• Cooperating with the Recruiting, HR, Sales department, as well as with the CTO and Head of BA Department
• E2E responsibility for the whole delivery organization Delivery of P&L and financial KPIs
• Standing on the senior-level/executive position in the scaling process from clients,
  building trust-based relationships with CxO level on the side of the customer
• Being a brand ambassador of the company on external platforms and
  in professional communities/societies
• Development and implementation of PM processes on projects
• Training and upgrading of the existing PM team, adapting new PMs
• Participation in sales/presale, new projects launching, formation, and the company’s strategy integration

Required skills:

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Good knowledge of project management foundations: planning, scheduling, project communication,
  issue resolution, change management, and risk management
• Experience in the use of multiple structured Agile methodologies
• Leadership experience at a high level in a large and complex organization
• Proven experience in budget and financial management
• Fluent or native Russian, written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate)
