• previous experience in a similar position or in administrative positions
• university degree
• fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian languages both written and verbal

• liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, house masters, etc
• maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
• maintaining supplies of refreshments, stationery and another day to day items
• identifying and researching of potential new suppliers
• providing general assistance during management visits
• preparing letters and presentations
• screening phone calls, controlling correspondence
• carrying out any information research and presenting findings
