As Luminar Marketplace Manager, you will join the Product Growth Team, and will be responsible for growing and scaling our supply side, enhancing buyer experience, and growing Marketplace revenue.
You will take over communication with some of our existing assets creators (influencers and our internal team) and outreaching the new ones (both photography and non-photography related).
By month three, you’ll take over the Marketplace development and growth to ensure its revenue growth (3x, year over year).
— Find, engage, onboard new Luminar Marketplace vendors, negotiate commercial terms of cooperation;
— Facilitate vendors with the product development process;
— Set up and launch new products on the Marketplace;
— Manage market demand and customers’ requests gathering to identify new prospecting products and niches for the Marketplace;
— Grow Luminar Marketplace products portfolio;
— Work with existing vendors on growth initiatives;
— Collaboration with channel managers to ensure Marketplace promotion and revenue growth;
— Act as the project manager for new initiatives and tech enhancements.
— Previous experience in e-commerce/marketplace projects;
— Experience communicating and making deals with foreign partners/publishers (US, EU preferred);
— A data-driven analytical mindset;
— Experience managing several projects at once;
— Excels at operating in a fast pace, quickly changing environment;
— Open to directions and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done;
— Creative approach;
— Strong Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Would be a benefit:
