As a senior affiliate manager for European market, you are responsible for management and expansion of the existing database of Skylum Affiliate Partners. You will evaluate new affiliates in terms of their potential, such as traffic, revenue potential, and brand exposure (Tier 1, Tier 2). You will find and implement new strategies to attract and onboard partners with high earning potential.
You will actively monitor European affiliates’ activity, analyze performance, proactively plan and identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate revenues. You align goals of affiliate marketing with the core business goals, and work together with the European regional team at Skylum, including other teams in marketing, product, and support roles.
— We’re looking for a high-impact professional for the role of a Senior Affiliate Manager to plan, develop and manage affiliate relations and campaigns in Europe, reporting to Regional Lead for Europe, and Chief Growth — Officer (at a current moment, Head of Affiliate Team).
— Our affiliate partners are an important channel to communicate with the photographers and potential customers in the market. Hundreds of our affiliate partners benefit from earning revenue by sharing news and updates about Luminar. In the role of a Senior Affiliate Manager you will help onboard dozens of new partners every month, ensure success of all active partners on the platform, and create programmes to further support and enhance partners success.
Your first 3 months...
— In the first week, you will become deeply familiar with Luminar AI, Skylum flagship app, its brand, and basics of Skylum Affiliate Program
— Re-engage inactive/low-performing affiliates and improve their performance
— Identify, recruit and onboard new European affiliates and arrange a video/text review with each of them
— By month three, you’ll have clear strategy and present a plan to improve and expedite the European Affiliate Program scale and growth.
— At least 4+ years of affiliate marketing experience in the software
— Deep knowledge of affiliate platforms, such as Impact or CJ, and general program policies and competitors
— A ‘people person’ who can form strong relationships with partners
— Creative thinker, looking for new ways to innovate, solve problems and grow the business
— A great communicator/negotiator
— Experience managing several projects at once
— Ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances
— Analytical mindset
— Robust planning and optimization skills
— Well organized
— Business-level of English, fluent conversational level of German, French, Spanish or Italian.
