Lead QA Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

Lead QA Engineer Mission: we are looking for a qualified lead, who will help us manage all internal QA processes. You will be involved in all stages of product development and be able to influence its quality. The team you will be mentoring consists of highly qualified Manual QA engineers (up to 10 persons). Your responsibility is to guide them and to grow an internal QA expertise. Lead QA Engineer works closely with System Architect, Infrastructure team, and Product Managers.

Objectives:
— analyzing and improving internal QA processes, techniques and methodologies;
— creating individual plans on QA expertise development;
— assessing the risks of new functionality implementation;
— implementing the indicators of testing quality;
— creating and optimizing testing plans;
— planning of testing optimization processes.

To achieve these objectives inside Skylum, you must have:
— 2+ years of experience as a QA Lead;
— experience of successful testing optimization;
— experience of team management;
— experience of testing desktop apps as well as mobile;
— strong skills of issues solving and fast reaction in any situation;
— strong skills of multitasking.
