Partnerships & Affiliate Manager Mission: manage and expand the existing database of Skylum affiliate partners (DACH); evaluate new affiliates in terms of traffic, potential and brand exposure (Tier 1, Tier 2); monitor DACH affiliates’ activity, analyze performance, proactively plan and identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate performance; monitor affiliates revenue/traffic and determine which affiliates should be prioritized and focused on.
Outcomes: We’re looking for a high-impact Senior Partnerships & Affiliate Manager to plan, develop and manage affiliate relations and campaigns in the DACH region, covering Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, reporting to the Head of Partnerships & Affiliates of the European region.
In the first week, you will become deeply familiar with Skylum’s product — Luminar 4, its brand, and basics of Skylum Affiliate Program
By the middle of the first month, you will start working with Skylum Affiliate Program and the main two objectives will be:
1) To re-engage inactive/low-performing affiliates and improve their performance (to improve sales of minimum 10 existing affiliates)
2) To identify, recruit and onboard min 10 new DACH affiliates and arrange a video/text review with each of them
By month three, you’ll have to find ways, present ideas on how to expedite the DACH Affiliate Program scale and growth (x3 minimum).
To achieve these outcomes inside Skylum, you must have:
— Previous Sales, Marketing, Influencer Marketing experience (at least 2 years);
— Sociable skills to form relationships with partners;
— Creative and analytical mindset, looking for new ways to innovate, solve problems and grow the business;
— Great communication/negotiation skills ( DACH, EU markets preferred);
— Experience managing several projects at once;
— Ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances;
— Robust planning and optimisation skills;
— Openness to criticism and ideas;
— Fluent German and Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
