Senior Product Manager Mission: To double product retention for current customers. To improve the product management process inside the company and nurture other product managers. To impact on go-to-market and product strategy. To contribute new innovative ideas.
Outcomes: The Product Manager is a high-performing contributor that directly impacts user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization for Luminar. The Product Manager plays a critical and central role in Skylum’s product development, being part of the product team along with engineers, designers, and product marketing managers. As a Product Manager, you will define innovative features that will delight our users and drive our growth. You will do so by generating ideas, analyzing data, researching the market, running experiments, and producing clear requirements for other team members.
1. First, you will get familiar with our product development processes and tools. You’ll take over one to two features toward the end of your first month.
2. Next, you will start taking ownership of processes in the product team, new ideas, creating specs for new features and working with designers and engineers to launch them. You will be measured by product metrics.
3. You’ll set up a process of growing product managers in Skylum, create full go-to-market strategies for new features and technologies.
