• 3+ years of experience in organic search optimization, as well as conversion tracking with EU or/and US markets
• Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications would be a plus
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Google Analytics
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager
• SEO-level understanding of HTML/CSS
• Understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
• Familiarity with relevant SEO/SEM tools
• Experience with WordPress and such tools as Moz, Google Search Console, Yoast, and other
• Responsive, proactive attitude and efficiency in work
• Attention to details and strong analytical skills
• Understanding of the IT market and technology
• Upper-intermediate level of English

• Developing long-term SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and search engine rankings
• Onsite, and offsite SEO strategy and tactics
• Overseeing SEO performance metrics, conversion funnel building, and lead nurturing
• On-page and off-page optimization
• Perform ongoing keyword research to assist the content team in driving relevant traffic to the website
• Developing and implementing linking strategy
• Performing technical SEO and SEO audits
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics
• Propose changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

Skelia is looking for the SEO Specialist to join our International Group Marketing team, based in Lviv or Kyiv. You will report to our Head of Marketing and be responsible for managing all SEO activities.
