● 3+ years of experience in automation testing and good understanding of its concepts
● Background in writing automated tests in Cypress or similar frameworks
● Experience writing and maintaining test books and reports
● Solid knowledge of Git and GitHub
● Able to quickly develop a full understanding of the product
● High level of spoken and written English
● Product, results and, most importantly, details oriented
● A background in development, or a desire to become a developer, is a plus

● Create and maintain test playbooks based on client’s processes
● Write and maintain documentation to do manual and automated tests
● Write test suites to automate as much of the manual work as possible
● Execute and compile reports on automated and manual tests
● Train the development team and product management team into writing good test scenarios that are easy to convert into test playbooks and automated tests
● Build reproducible examples and GitHub issues from customer-reported bugs, so they can be easily picked up by a developer
