SEO Lead (Liven)

We seek an SEO Lead to join one of our fast-growing businesses, Liven.

Liven is a product company building a self-discovery companion.

We believe that self-discovery is a lifelong journey, which is why we develop an ecosystem of products that make this journey clear, enjoyable, and engaging: bite-sized courses, a mood tracker, an AI companion, a routine builder, well-being tests, and we plan to create many more useful tools. Practically, we help people understand themselves better.

Since 2023, we have grown from a small startup to a team of 150+ specialists and are actively scaling. Yet with every new stage, we preserve what matters most: a living culture where everyone can launch their own ideas and influence the product.

You will:
— Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy for multi-geo markets that aligns with company goals and ensures sustainable organic traffic growth with a focus on conversions.
— Identify and monitor SEO key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, search engine rankings, conversions, and overall ROI.
— Build a strong SEO team to ensure achieving business goals.
— Manage the SEO department’s budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
— Ensure clear communication and cooperation between stakeholders and different teams.

You have:
— Have experience in building an SEO direction from scratch
— Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Serpstat, Semrush, Similar Web)
— In-depth expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, link building
— Experience in working with experiments
— Experience in conducting audits
— Experience with Tier-1 countries
— Have experience in hiring and leading the SEO team
— Ability to collaborate efficiently with the engineering team
— Excellent communication skills with a proactive and ownership-driven approach
— Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
