Tasks for the position of Partners Help Lead:
— Team Management ( 2 Units with 6 employees) + QC Manager;
— Optimization of salary management (incl development structure of team grades);
— Creation processes for other business teams collaborating to achieve the result;
— Modernization of employee evaluations (weekly/monthly).
Partner’s Help is a stable working department:
— All team members achieved goals (with roadmap how to do it) with seated deadlines;
— All cross-team flows are successfully (which employee has dedicated zone and functional);
— QC score for each unit is clearly understandable for each team member and based on it Supply Operations Manager has weekly report of teams result.

You’re a perfect fit if you have the following skills:
— Team management experience (at least 6 month);
— Experience with budget management;
— Optimization or implementation of cross-team flow;
— English level: B2+;
— MC packet knowledge (Excel/Google sheets).
Nice to have:
— Experience in customer service (online);
— Working with tickets system.
