About the position:
We are looking for a billing specialist who will monitor and manage billing issues arising from our customers` experience. We expect him/her to provide us with guidance in the complex cases with our customers and eagerness to bear responsibility over monitoring of the billing metrics.
We do not intend to limit billing to the business support function only. We expect it to be one of the driving forces for decision-making and operational design of business overall.
Responsibilities:
— Monitoring and support of the core billing metrics;
— Development of strategy and flows for improvement of core billing metrics;
— Management of chargeback and refund cases;
— Providing guidance to internal teams (e.g., Customer Support) on management of billing issues;
— Developing and implementation of fraud prevention practices for product;
— Analysis and prevention of fraud/other risky customer behavior patterns.
Requirements
Must have:
— Upper Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+);
— Work experience in FinTech / Billing / Payments no less than
— Structured thinking and ability to make data-driven business conclusions;
— Confidence and attentiveness in dealing with numbers and processing of financial information;
— Basic Excel and other MS Office software user;
— Basic understanding of payment and transactional systems and services;
— Responsibility and readiness to act independently and take ownership for the results.
Nice to have:
— Experience of work with analytics instruments (Tableau, DataStudio);
— People management experience and/or skills.
