Now we are looking for a Financial Analyst who will strengthen our Planning team and take control of budgeting process, plan-fact analysis and preparation of analytical reports to the management of the Company.

What will you do:
— Perform a wide range of analytical procedures over the Company expenses to develop insights for its optimization.
— Maintain budgeting process over the infrastructure departments and perform monthly plan/fact analysis to figure out the reasons for deviations with further explanations to management.
— Take part in liquidity planning over the Company cash flows.
— Participate in a variety of automatization initiatives (incl. ERP implementation, dashboards preparation through BI tools, etc. ).
— Communicate with internal departments (treasury, reporting, taxes, legal) to secure the respective level of infrastructure needed for a smooth business growth of portfolio companies.

Skills and experience that will help you join the board:
— 2.5+ years of work experience in Audit, Consulting or top-tier Ukrainian or international company;
— Confident user of MS Excel;
— Strong communication and writing skills;
— English Upper-Intermediate +.
