About the position:
In the next few years, our goals are very ambitious. We strive to grow in double digits a year both globally and in the Latin America region in particular. To achieve this, we need to build strong relationships with our partners. So we are looking for a motivated and data-focused Customer Success Manager for the LatAm region who is ready to help us achieve these goals.

— Develop healthy relationship with current partners;
— Onboard new partners from start to finish;
— Communicate and analyze partner’s needs and wants according to business strategy;
— Track performance metrics and communicate them to our partners;
— Monitor transparency and timeliness of payments to partners.

Must have:
— Spanish language fluent;
— At least 1 year of experience in account (client) management or sales;
— Ability to abstract problems and find solutions proactively;
— Willingness to work 12.00-21.00 (standard 8 hour schedule with 1 hour for lunch).

Nice to have:
— English language — Upper intermediate;
— Experience of work with various CRMs.
