Finance Operations Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for an active and ambitious person who will strengthen the Finance Operations team.
Reporting to: Lead of Finance Operations.

As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will become a top-demand professional with an impact on a multi-billion international business.

The successful candidate will get an opportunity to become a Finance Operations Manager with full coverage of one of the streams of the business within 1-2 years.

What will you do:

— Manage cash flow activities and support smooth execution of day-to-day finance operations (execution of payments, balance reports, etc.);

— Manage relationships with banks and FinTech companies;

— Plan monthly cash flow;

— Troubleshoot finance questions: KYC requests, refunds, etc.

— Look for growth and optimization opportunities in our finance infrastructure;

— Conduct financial analysis on different matters (FX, costs, turnover, etc.).

Skills and experience that will help you join the board:


— 1+ years of work experience in Audit, Bank, or top-tier Ukrainian or international company;

— Recent graduate or a student able to work full-time.


— Confident user of MS Excel;

— Strong communication and writing skills;

— English Upper-Intermediate +.
