In order to shape the new payment orchestration layer we are searching for an experienced senior product owner. Sixt SE significantly exceeds market expectations despite the ongoing pandemic. For the current financial year we expect consolidated operating revenue of 2 billion EUR. Payment and Pricing are very challenging and important parts of a large business.
In this role you will:
• Be the key contact person between the business stakeholders and the development team;
• Manage your roadmap items as part of the global Payment Roadmap;
•Gather, process, clarify and specify business requirements;
• Work within a team of highly skilled product owners, developers and architects;
• Perform acceptance testing;
• Measure the success of new features together with various business departments;
• Work on the improvement of the requirements management process.
Essential requirements:
• Profound experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager or Business Analyst;
•
• Strong customer-focused view and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Experience with Business Process Modeling / BPMN;
• Experience with Scrum, KanBan or Scaled Agile; Strong business value orientation;
• Experienced with Confluence, Jira and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• The ability to write clear requirements and specifications;
• Deep understanding of development processes and the software life cycle;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Basic SQL and API testing.
Nice to have:
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar;
• Technical background in Software Development;
• Experience with payment orchestration;
•
• Payment, Banking or FinTech experience or experience dealing with Pricing&Promotions;
• Business Analyst Certification;
• Object-Oriented Analysis and Data Modeling;
• Experience in UX/UI design.
