• 3 or more years of proven System Analyst experience.
• Clear understanding of principles and specifics of software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and leadership skills.
• Experience in description of interfaces and interaction between system components.
• Experience with management tools (JIRA, Confluence, VSTS).
• Advanced written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to create projects from the scratch (from understanding what the customer wants and to the release).
• Ability to work on complex tasks where analysis of situations require collaboration across multiple development teams.
• Strong attention to details.

• Agile development experience.
• Experience working with UML and BPMN diagrams.
• Knowledge of prototyping tools.
• Experience in usability-focused functional design and testing.
• Experience in business processes and user migration to the new systems.
• Experience in Software Engineering.

• Identify and gather specific business requirements with Product Owner.
• Develop detailed technical software requirements and system specifications.
• Create visual analysis models like data flows, process flows, data modeling, etc.
• Perform the decomposition of cross-functional tasks between teams.
• Interact with development teams to guide the implementation and ensure success.
• Ensure smooth migration from existing systems to newly implemented.
• Assist teams in issue resolution and risk mitigation.
• Identify alignments and gaps between end user requirements and system capabilities.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve solution, track ideas for improvements.
