• 3+ years of experience on PM position

As a Development Manager, you are the leader of the team and you are responsible for both the people and the work produced by the team. You hire, onboard, develop and reward members of the team. You serve as the team’s coach, ensuring that the team member’s work together in the most effective manner possible, removing impediments to progress, facilitating meetings and discussions, and perform typical project management duties such as planning, issue resolution, tracking progress and reporting.
