* Providing assistance in solving non-trivial technical challenges
* Investigation of the real-life usage of the Sitecore Experience Platform and related technologies, working with the product code, troubleshooting complex problems, developing patches and code examples
* Work with partners to understand customer requirements and determine the proper implementation approach

As a Software Engineer, you will be a member of the Product Support Services Team, responsible for assisting Sitecore’s implementation partners with best practices guidance, troubleshooting complex customizations, reverse engineering, and significantly contribute towards ramping up and developing the team.
