Full-Stack Team Lead (вакансия неактивна)


The Professional Services Engineering team is at the forefront of some of the most critical projects being executed at our largest customers. The team’s core mission is to extend the Sisense technology platform and build new, and exciting visualizations and applications. Our work touches both the front-end and back-end of the product.

At the team, we tackle business challenges by creating awesome bespoke solutions for our customers. We love innovation and we always seek better solutions and customer delight.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Team Lead who is interested in an exciting and challenging role combining both technology and business challenges, working with our amazing people. You will have a chance to directly impact our customers’ “well-being” by working side-by-side with them on challenging and complex solutions.


  • You have experience leading a team of engineers
  • You have experience with complex product development initiatives from concept to release
  • You have experience working as a Full Stack Developer, and now you have deep knowledge of JavaScript technologies
  • You have B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent scientific degree
  • You have built full-stack systems using NodeJS and frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, Vue, or similar
  • You have experience with databases, especially NoSQL, such as MongoDB or similar
  • You have customer-facing experience
  • You are proficient in English, verbal and written
  • Experience with Java as a bonus


By Day 30...

  • You’ll get to know many people who will help onboard you with our product and processes.
  • You’ll be able to ship your team’s first solution under your leadership.
  • You will learn about the Sisense product.
  • You will have your first session with a customer.

By Day 60...

  • You’ll see the big picture of team tasks in order to make decisions about priorities.
  • You’ll mentor your team in standards, code review, knowledge sharing, and more.
  • You will collaborate with the UI/UX Designers and Product Owner to define and build the optimal user experience.
  • You’ll be able to understand the product capabilities at a level of taking efficient decisions for a development approach.

By Day 90...

  • You will have a better understanding of the technical aspects of our work and you will be able to provide precise estimations and high-quality deliverables.
  • You will be able to lead custom solutions development from the discovery process through high-level design definition to implementations and quality assurance.
  • You will be able to contribute to the technical decisions regarding your team’s functionality and improving the solutions architecture and performance.
