You will be an integral player within the organization who will offer support, help, and guidance for many situations in a rapidly growing organization.

HOW YOU’LL RAMP:
By Day 30...
You’ll be onboarded into the Sisense team and understand the overall operating environment
You’ll become accustomed with company infrastructure, both on-prem and cloud, operating flows and services monitoring
You’ll actively work with other departments for deeper understanding of scopes of our interaction with them
You’ll become accustomed with services and tools used in the company and in the team itself
You’ll learn and start dealing with the most common service requests and will get guidance on their resolution
You’ll learn basic flows of end-user support activities,service and access provisioning and control processes, basic concepts of endpoint configuration flows
By Day 60...
You’ll have deeper understanding of company’s workflows and infrastructure relations
You’ll start taking part in processes related to end-user service and configuration delivery
You’ll start receiving personal tasks related to development of company’s infrastructure
You’ll get actively involved in current projects and will receive tasks relevant to you
You’ll start maintaining parts of infrastructure
You’ll get involved in new services integrations
By Day 90...
You’ll be actively involved in most of datacenter and cloud-related activities
You’ll take part in maintenance existing services — improving, updating, troubleshooting and optimizing performance
You’ll actively cooperate with the team in order to boost team performance
Provide exceptional IT Services to Sisense employees
WHAT YOU’VE ACCOMPLISHED... SO FAR:
You have deep knowledge and understanding of company infrastructure and related flows
You have sufficient knowledge and all the relevant tools in order to fully maintain and develop company infrastructure and services
You’re deeply involved in most IT infrastructure and services-related projects
You’re developing and implementing your own solutions as well as optimizing existing workflows
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years experience working as a systems administration/engineering related role.
3+ years of experience in Linux troubleshooting and administration — A MUST.
1+ years of experience with Vmware virtualization (ESX, vSphere).
English level — Intermediate
Fundamental understanding of Windows/Mac based endpoint management
Fundamental understanding of networking and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wireshark, etc)
Desire to work hard and help others. Communication skills are critical!
BONUS POINTS:
1+ years of experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with server-side scripting (Bash, Python, etc)
