At Sisense, the People department focuses on creating the best experience for our employees. We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven People analyst to support our People team with a strong foundation to base decision-making processes. WHAT YOU’VE ACCOMPLISHED... SO FAR:

  • You have advanced MS excel and Google sheet skills and experience. Experience with data visualization tools — a plus
  • You can understand how to translate stakeholder questions into analytical requirements and be able to convert it into meaningful business insights
  • You have to demonstrate proficient in statistical analysis, identifying trends and making recommendations based on data analysis
  • You have the ability to effectively communicate in English both verbal and written
  • You can communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams
  • You have experience with adjusting your communication style and successfully presenting to a wide range of audiences from other Analysts to Executives to Business and Engineering Leaders
  • You’ve created and maintained dashboards with key performance and business metrics
  • You have experience working in a fast paced environment with quick turnaround times

HOW YOU’LL RAMP:

By Day 30...

  • You’ll get more familiar with our internal People operations processes, and what we’ve already built in
  • You will understand the Sisense values and see how to put them into action in your work
  • You’ll have a strong technical understanding of the unique value of Sisense’s product
  • You’ll understand the various roles within the organization
  • You’ll start building the People analytics framework together with the stakeholders in the department and you’ll have a better understanding of business requirements
  • You’ll get trained on how to benchmarking jobs against market-based compensation surveys to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position

By Day 60...

  • You’ll be fully trained on our current processes and tools
  • You’ll support the People team and business leaders with ongoing analytics requests
  • You’ll fully understand our current people KPI and start building global People analytics processes
  • You’ll review the data with the People operations team to maintain operational excellence
  • You’ll work collaboratively and effectively with a variety of internal stakeholders including People business partners, recruiters, OD, wellbeing, compensation & benefits, people operations, company managers, and more
  • You’ll gather data from market-based compensation surveys; use spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends

By Day 90...

  • You’ll assist the ongoing development of processes that improve People analytics efficiency and ensure the best outcomes for our internal dashboard analysis
  • You’ll manage the regular people data reporting and KPIs dashboards and developing it further
  • Crunching the data, clustering and making observations & analysis from the gathered data
  • You’ll be responsible for any ad hoc reporting that is needed by business management
  • You’ll establish a regular cadence of communications with the People team stakeholders to help drive business decisions through data analysis of People metrics
  • You’ll prepare and implement compensation pay bands
  • Conduct market studies and analysis to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment to the company’s compensation philosophy for all levels of jobs, job families and countries

What You’ll Do

  • Managing people data reports and KPI dashboard and developing it further
  • Create robust data models and analysis related to compensation planning, surveys, performance evaluation and other People work
  • Build reusable analytics to automate insights and findings
  • Play a role in the creation, consultation, and review of people policies and processes
  • Build Executive level dashboards and assist in building our predictive analyses in the future
  • Assist in conducting market studies and analysis to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment to the company’s compensation philosophy for all levels of jobs, job families and countries
  • Complete compensation analysis associated with new job requisitions, current employees, and promotion requests by leveraging benchmark, current incumbent, and internal salary ranges data
  • Participate in rollout and implementation of People programs and annual processes
  • Assist in various People projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide on-going review and monitor on HRIS data to ensure accuracy, in collaboration with People Operations
