Sirin Software is a service provider of Embedded Linux and IoT solutions. We were established in 2014 with an R&D office in Kyiv. In the last few years, we have been successfully providing various software solutions to US, European and Asian customers. Since 2016 we have started providing Hardware Design services in cooperation with product owners. Our company has expertise in such domains as Networking, Storage Systems, Cloud Computing, Smart Buildings, Drivers, IoT, etc.

Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting market research to identify potential leads within our pre-defined ICP and Buyer Persona. Gathering key data points on prospects such as industry, company size, decision-makers, etc;
- Reaching out to potential leads through various channels such as emailing and social media outreach;
- Keeping the CRM (HubSpot) up-to-date with new leads and making sure details are accurate;
- Setting up meetings with potential leads;
- Working on outreach strategies to engage new prospects. Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation;
- Tracking and reporting on lead generation activities and metrics;
- Participating in Bi-weekly and monthly sales team meetings to report and get familiar with company news.
What You Need For This Position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (students in their final year are welcome).
- Strong written English communication (Intermediate or higher).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other lead-generation platforms.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management.
- 6 + months of experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or other relevant sales roles will be a plus.

Hiring Process:
