Key Responsibilities:
- Provide swift and effective customer support across all our products, juggling multiple chat sessions at once.
- Bring at least a year’s experience in a Customer Support Representative role to the table.
- Showcase impeccable oral and written English skills (Upper-Intermediate level or above).
- Excel in professional communication and demonstrate remarkable interpersonal skills.
- Thrive when working solo, but also contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Display an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate adaptability and eagerness to learn.
