Simulmedia is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Content Marketer with a curious and creative mindset to join our Marketing team and lead and manage our SEO, content, and social efforts. As a SEO-focused Content Marketer, you will primarily be responsible for owning the content and SEO strategy and execution to grow traffic and attract leads. You will work closely with subject-matter experts across the organization to identify high-value topics, develop expertise, build, and maintain a content/SEO roadmap, and build out our content and thought leadership program, establishing new company venture as a valuable resource for the connected TV and video advertising universe.
We are looking for a candidate who lives in Ukraine. The core team is located in Lviv and primarily works remotely with occasional team meetings in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the content strategy and roadmap, focusing on SEO and organic traffic growth, aligning with overall marketing goals.
- Lead all SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content optimization, to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic. Develop and execute a comprehensive link-building strategy, identifying partnership opportunities for high-quality backlinks.
- Demonstrate clear, concise, and compelling copywriting across diverse content types, such as blogs, emails, eBooks/white papers, video scripts, infographics, and social posts, contributing to heightened awareness and lead generation.
- Build and manage a thought leadership program, establishing the new brand as a go-to resource in the connected TV and video advertising space.
- Monitor and analyze content and SEO performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments and optimize results.
- Lead and recruit junior team members/agency, fostering a culture of creativity, curiosity, and excellence within the marketing team.
- Stay updated on the latest algorithm changes and content marketing/SEO best practices for a competitive edge. Be Highly interested in industry trends, and best practices within the TV, CTV, and video advertisement sector.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing with a strong focus on SEO.
- *Experience in the CTV/TV/video advertising industry is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling content and SEO strategies from the ground up, driving measurable growth in traffic and lead generation.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Demonstrate exceptional writing and editing skills, adapting style, tone, and voice to resonate with various content types.
- Possess excellent organizational skills for independent work and project management with multiple components.
- Utilize knowledge and experience in data, insights, market research, and analytics to create thought-provoking content.
- Proficient in SEMRush, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Webflow, Plausible, or similar platforms, familiarity with content management systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work 11 am — 8 pm EEST.
