Transformation Solutions Architect (вакансія неактивна)

Simulmedia is looking for a Transformation Solutions Architect to own the overall technology architecture and development for the digital transformation of Simulmedia’s media buying tools and processes. They will be instrumental in aligning Simulmedia’s business strategy with our technology vision and driving innovative and effective solutions for a diverse and complex set of business problems. The Transformation Solutions Architect will be responsible for deconstructing relevant business problems into required components and processes, identifying the decisions that need to be made, defining the architectural solutions that ultimately solve the problems, and bringing clarity to our internal roadmap and key milestones in that regard. The individual will serve as the primary engineering leader for digital transformation, providing leadership to both the business operations and technology teams to drive solution recommendations that advance Simulmedia’s strategic goals and vision in these areas. The Transformation Solutions Architect will partner closely with the Digital Transformation Lead to create the vision, strategy, roadmap, key initiative prioritization, and final product associated with this digitization.

This position is located in Lviv, Ukraine. The core team is located in Lviv and primarily works remotely with occasional team meetings in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the overall end-to-end architecture for solutions associated with operational excellence, serving as the principal designer for digital transformation. Develop architectural strategies for enterprise capabilities that serve as foundational components for the further digitization of the business.
• Responsible for establishing a technology strategy and roadmap (in conjunction with business leadership) to facilitate the development of desired strategic business and technology capabilities, and for describing the evolution of enterprise portfolios from current state to future state.
• Partner with business leadership to consult on technology solutions, provide governance, oversight, and strategic insight to all work in the domain, and identify enterprise synergies and impacts across other business areas.
• Serve as a primary leader driving initial phases for large initiatives to identify and solve critical business decisions, solution assessments, and recommended architecture. Owns conceptual solution overview including contextual, component, integration/data flow designs, and systems impacted systems in order to solve business problems.
• Ability to design target state solution architectures leveraging modern decoupled, event-based, and API-enabled architecture frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, digital trends, and best practices related to digital transformation and operational process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary technology and business trends that allow architecture to solve problems in a creative and cost-effective manner.
• Experience leading engineering teams and engaging with senior level business partners
• Deep understanding of the advertising industry (especially TV advertising), and familiarity with data-driven advertising technologies.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and deriving insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, APIs, and data integration is a plus.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to work 11 am — 8 pm EEST

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree Business Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of solid, diverse work experience in technology including experience with engineering, business analysis, and solution implementation.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing, interdisciplinary teams to deliver products that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
• Experience overseeing a roadmap strategy and definition
• Must be able to communicate with U.S based teams
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, APIs, and data integration
