Customer Support Specialist with German (вакансія неактивна)

We are building a customer support team for our new project and are looking for a Customer Support Representative who is confident in both spoken and written German (B2 or higher).

You’re our ideal candidate if you:

• Are fluent in German (B2/C1 level);
• Have strong communication skills and are eager to learn, grow, and quickly grasp new information;
• Have previous experience in customer support (a plus, but not required).

What you’ll do:

• Assist passengers with booking airline tickets (changes to bookings, cancellations) Inbound calls and written communication;
• Advise customers on airline services;
• Resolve issues related to flight cancellations and delays.
