Customer Service Project Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We are actively developing and expanding our team. We are looking for a proactive and creative Project Manager.
Here are the key tasks of the vacancy:
- Activity planning: organization of staffing, training, technical support and project development;
- Budgeting: preparing budget data and monitoring its implementation;
- Mutual settlements: checking and conducting mutual settlements with the customer, controlling the payment of bills;
- Business meetings: preparing and participating in Weekly/Monthly Business Review, Weekly Status Meet, as well as participating in scheduled company meetings and attending meetings held by Team Lead with their teams;
- Management processes: building and managing processes on the project, generating documentation, regularly analyzing the project’s work, organizing, coordinating and motivating the work of the support team;
- Communication: creating an effective system of communication and feedback on the project;
- Scheduling: working with scheduling changes, monitoring their compliance with the workload forecast and other aspects.
Required knowledge and skills:
- University degree, experience in customer support;
- English at upper-intermediate level or higher;
- Negotiation skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Customer orientation, proactivity, ability to learn quickly.
