Requirements:
- 3+ years in IT sales
- Advanced or Upper-Intermediate level of fluency in both written & oral English is a must;
- Experience in selling outstaff or dedicated team services services for long-term engagement;
- Proven record of successful sales before;
- Hands-on experience with outbound sales prospecting techniques;
- Market experience in the US, Canada, and Europe will be a plus;
- Ability to conduct meetings, negotiations, and presentations at a high level;
- Ability to work and learn at a fast pace;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Focused and goal-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Search for new clients in different domains;
- Identify prospects’ real needs to provide an appropriate engagement model from our team;
- Develop and manage relationships with prospective customers;
- Conduct negotiations with companies from all over the world;
- Close deals;
- CRM and maintenance.
