We are looking for a Business Assistant to support our company’s CEO.
Please take note: we are searching for the business (not administrative) assistant. Your acumen, proactive approach and ability to learn fast are essential for this role.

— Act as point of contact on behalf of the CEO for internal and external stakeholders.
— Ensure CEO is focused on priorities and objectives.
— Manage specific projects on behalf of the CEO and represent CEO at internal meetings.
— Monitor progress of projects allocated to staff by CEO.
— Participate in meetings, keep meeting notes and make follow-up records.
— Collect required information from all internal departments.
— Prepare of presentations and analytical reports.
— Informational support/research/investigations.
— Prepare documents and official letters on behalf of the CEO.
