We are looking for a dynamic and talented HR Manager to become an integral part of the team and achieve ambitious goals in becoming an industry gamechanger.

As an HR Manager you will work closely with the CEO and other C-level team in defining a Corporate culture and Strategy as well as organizing all the HR operations. You will closely cooperate with all the teams across the product in order to build up a strong team and enhance people’s motivation, loyalty and satisfaction.

You should be a strong driver that combines exceptional communication skills, interpersonal understanding and business insigt.

Your tasks:

  • Coordinate recruitment process with recruiters from the managing company to ensure quality and speed of hiring.
  • Ensure proper vacancy requests composition, negotiate with hiring manager recruitment stages, salary ranges and offer conditions, as well as stakeholders at every recruitment stage.
  • Ensure a full cycle of talent management processes (onboarding, trial period closure, performance review, one-on-ones, employee surveys, training and development, exit).
  • Ensure timely contracts administration for employees, including contracts signing, termination, any changes during cooperation.
  • Onboard new employees and introduce them to the company processes.
  • Ensure a full cycle of employee administration in the HR system (salary and bonus calculation, vacation and sick-leaves registration, benefits, withdrawals, etc.).
  • Manage company headcount and HR budget to ensure compliance with the agreed costs, numbers and deadlines.
  • Contribute to the company HR strategy development in close cooperation with the CEO and drive its implementation.
  • Ensure consistent, timely and clear internal communication processes within the company.
  • In close cooperation with the CEO develop Employer branding strategy and drive its implementation.
  • Organize purchase and distribution of the company merch to employees whenever required.
  • Organize business trips for managers and employees, if required (ad-hoc).
  • Automatization: improving recruitment ATS and HR system
  • Analyzing new ways of hiring on foreigner jobs sites
  • Office or co-working space administration (Kiev, Bulgaria, Cyprus)
  • Administration monthly payments under contracts

What are we looking for :

  • Experience in a similar position within an IT product company with distributed teams — 3+ years.
  • Experience in participation of HR strategy and employer branding development and implementation
  • English — Upper-intermediate + is a must
  • Professional experience in IT sphere recruitment for 1+ years will be an advantage
  • Located in any country of the Western Europe (+Bulgaria or Cyprus) or ready to relocate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Independency in solving problems and excellent management skills with the ability of multitasking
  • Experience with administrative and data management procedures and practices.
