Your tasks
- Consulting on Microsoft Intune Client Management infrastructure projects
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of client management server infrastructure and functionality
- Helping with the planning and migration of on-prem systems and services to cloud technologies
- Advising on the planning, design, and implementation of the Modern Workplace solution using Microsoft Intune
- Contributing to the management and administration of the project’s internal IT client management infrastructure
- Participating in the training of internal staff/administrators on the new technology
- Collaborating in the quality control of systems and software according to the provided specifications
- Assisting with process optimization in collaboration with other specialists in defined business areas
- Resolving issues in customer management within the scope of the project
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in working with current and new technologies and their functionalities in the area of Microsoft Client Management
- Experience in project collaboration and project control
- Implementation experience with Intune services (Autopilot, Update for Business, etc.)
- High level of consulting expertise
- Previous experience in training internal employees
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Windows Client and Server, System Center Suite, Hyper V, Azure, Intune)
- Critical thinking skills
- Detection and verification of technical dependencies (Azure, Endpoint Security, AD, AAD)
- Good knowledge of English
- Tax Residence in Ukraine required and fluency in the Ukrainian language
