We are looking for a Power BI Consultant to join our project for the pharmaceutical company. You will maintain, develop, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards, support data model and ETL work, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Your tasks

• Support and improve existing Power BI dashboards and reports to maintain consistent and accurate reporting
• Design and deliver new interactive dashboards and analytical reports aligned with business and stakeholder requirements
• Develop and fine-tune data models, DAX calculations, and relationships to enhance performance and scalability
• Create and manage ETL pipelines using Power Query (M) and SQL to prepare and transform data for reporting
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, data integrity issues, and visualization errors.
• Maintain thorough documentation and version control for reports, datasets, and development processes
• Partner with business teams to collect requirements, translate needs into actionable technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with the data engineering team on DBT workflows and overall data pipeline optimization

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience creating Power BI dashboards and analytical solutions in a professional environment
• Advanced proficiency in DAX for building measures, calculated columns, and optimizing query performance
• Strong background in Power Query (M) and end-to-end ETL development
• Expertise with data sources such as SQL Server (T-SQL), cloud-based systems (e.g., Azure), and flat files
• Practical experience with Power BI Service, including workspace administration, dataset management, and secure app deployment
• Solid understanding of data modeling techniques
• Tax Residence in Ukraine and fluency in the Ukrainian language are required
• Good verbal and written English skills
