Your role:

Key parts of the role:

  • Legal Representative of Sii Ukraine
  • Manage Sii Ukraine finances (cash, P&L, budgeting, accounting, payroll), employees, suppliers & customers
  • Lead of recruitment of engineers
  • Assuring the needs of Sii’s managers are met by providing fast and efficient recruitment process and HR service
  • Ensure effectiveness and high quality of local corporate services in Ukraine while maintaining cost at an affordable level
  • Implement specific recruitment, marketing, and sales strategy for the country


  • Realize Sii mission: identifying and promoting our best workers
  • Pursue 5 strategic Sii goals: profit, clients’ satisfaction, workers’ satisfaction, constant development and winning against our competitors, fun, and pleasure from what we do
  • Follow and implement core Sii values in everyday work
  • Take care of the proper promotion of Sii brand in Ukraine
  • Ensure that the realization of Sii operations is conducted according to the applicable law and regulations and internal Sii procedures
  • Assuring proper management of the offices for employees’ needs and job candidates (taking care of the atmosphere, ensuring good impression)

People management:

  • Recruit good, smart, competent, and nice people with Sii Spirit who share core Sii values
  • Implement Sii core values in managing your team
  • Set SMART goals (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-bound): quarterly and yearly objectives and directions of development to your sales team
  • Plan, organize, and monitor the subordinate team’s work and KPI
  • Introduce/welcome new workers in Sii, make them feel good and integrated
  • Manage conflicts in your team if they appear
  • Provide hones feedback and criticism when needed
  • Adjust your strategy to their strengths, weaknesses, and needs, and let them develop their competences
  • Reward and celebrate successes of subordinates
  • Control carefully & manage properly subordinates remuneration

Business development:

  • You are responsible for Sii offering and positioning in the Ukrainian and European market
  • Build a prospection list, register new accounts and contacts in our CRM system
  • Make initial contact and meet Accounts to explore needs accurately
  • Obtain leads and opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts according to Sii legal standards
  • Win deals and open new accounts or increase business with our active accounts

Your skills:

  • Excellent recruitment, sales, and marketing skills
  • Entrepreneurial and business-oriented approach
  • Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility, discipline
  • Natural determination, ambition, and fighting spirit
  • Outstanding interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Higher education degree (IT or business degree preferred)
  • A proven track record of successfully managing a team, department, or company
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ukrainian as the native language and very good command of English is a must
