At least 6+ years of experience in IT
Strong “can do” service attitude towards clients
Experience in Agile with a startup mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Being results-oriented rather than process-oriented
Proven ability to multi-task, work with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
Ability to identify new business opportunities during client engagements
A keen sense of technical curiosity
Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English

Successful execution and delivery of project within constraints from kickoff to final delivery (e.g. resourcing, internal/client kick off, status calls and meetings, reports, reviews/iteration sessions, co-creation workshops, delivery meetings, etc.)
Be the clients’ point of contact for all day-to-day project related issues
Ensure that project deliverables conform to the highest quality standards
Project risk management
People management
Focusing the team on the result
Project estimation and planning
Project activities control, time and efforts tracking, and status reporting
