Psychology degree
At least 3+ years of Human Resources Management experience
At least 1+ year of experience in organizing events
HR interviewing experience
Experience in retention, adaptation, and motivation of personnel
Experience in training and development of personnel
Experience in introducing, composing, and updating company’s policies
At least Intermediate level of English

Participate in the development of company’s personnel policies
Take part in stimulation and motivation of personnel
Take part in the internal activities aimed at corporate culture development

Plan, organize, and conduct events:
Develop concepts and programs of activities
Select and coordinate contractors’ work
Form and control the budget
Analyze the effectiveness of the activities carried out

Assist in employment, position transfers, and dismissals
Compose and manage private documents of personnel
Take part in face-to-face interviews
Support staff database
Supervise personnel adaptation
Observe personnel evaluation and development
Arrange corporate programs and trainings
