An internal project where Sigma Software specialists developed an advanced analytics system that automates data collection from various sources and generates diverse reports. The team reduced reporting time from 1 week to 1 minute and cut operational costs by eliminating routine tasks and adding new options that allow analyzing information from different angles and visualizing data in various formats, such as tables and charts.


The system allows for automating data injection from different systems and diverse formats, with further data structuring into a single source of truth. It also includes a robust Data Warehouse configured according to security best practices to ensure secure data preservation and is integrated with Tableau for report visualization in various dashboard formats. As a new hire for this role, you will be responsible for supporting existing reports and developing new ones, leveraging your experience with Tableau and SQL queries.


Good knowledge of SQL
Hands-on experience with BI tools (preferably Tableau)
Understanding of Linux OS
Passionate about data
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English


At least basic knowledge of Docker
Basic experience in Python


Migrate and test all Maestro jobs from HP-UX to Airflow on a Linux environment
Migrate and test all scripts from HP-UX to Linux — server by server
Conduct thorough testing of migrated scripts and jobs to ensure functionality and performance meet required standards
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during the migration process
Deploy all developed and tested scripts and jobs to the production environment
Ensure that all scripts and jobs are correctly integrated and functioning as expected in the production environment
Monitor the performance of deployed scripts and jobs, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance
Provide ongoing support and maintenance, making updates as needed to accommodate system changes
