Our client is the global leader in gaming. Enabling players to experience their favorite games across all channels and regulated segments, from Gaming Machines to Lotteries to Interactive. Having a well-established local presence and relationships with governments and regulators in more than 100 countries around the world

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role (ideally in big companies)
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Proactiveness in continuous processes improvement
• Experience with distributed multinational teams
• Strong experience in collaboration with stakeholders
• Strong experience in risks management
• Good coaching and facilitation skills
• Experience in conflicts resolution
• Evidence of implemented metrics that helped business make a positive improvement. Be ready to provide a real exampleupon request
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
Will be a plus:
• Agile certifications
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and GIT

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and coach the team to achieve high performances
• Build a trustful and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or being judged
• Remove impediments and blockers on the way to success
• Collaborate with other Scrum teams to identify technical dependencies among teams
• Work with Product Owners, Product Managers, Project Managers, and other Scrum Masters to drive improvements and foster collaboration
• Facilitate the continuous review of roadmaps and backlogs with Product Owners & Stakeholders
• Protect the team from external influences to minimize interruptions
• Track project processes and deliverables
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders
