We are looking for a Senior Node.js Developer who will be responsible for the configuration and development of property and customer-related management applications.

CUSTOMER

Our Client is a US-based venture-backed startup on a mission to change the future of hospitality and home. The company`s tech-enabled buildings create a one-of-a-kind guest experience and tremendous value in the underlying real estate.

PROJECT

We invite you to work with a platform that allows buildings to blur the line between hotels and apartments. The platform is an all-in-one solution that includes property operations, customer acquisitions, and the tech stack to operate with more flexibility than any other company in the market.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the field: 5+ years
• Education: BS in computer science or relevant discipline, or 10+ years of work experience in the field
• Mastery of at least one scripting language (Node.js or Python preferred)
• Mastery of at least one JVM programming language (Clojure, Java, or Scala preferred)
• Expert knowledge of web services
• Expert knowledge of SQL & DB design (MySQL or PostgreSQL preferred)
• Familiarity with either AWS or Google Cloud

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience with basic JavaScript/CSS/HTML
• Experience with AWS CDK, AWS step functions, AWS lambda functions
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or SalesForce
• Technical leadership experience

• Work with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS cloud-based tools and services
• Manage code changes in Git with Pull Requests
• Master all SOPs

• Take responsibility for training and leading Junior and Staff
• Ability to convey ideas, recommendations, and strategy
