REQUIREMENTS
- At least 4-5 years of experience in corporate training, performance management, software development
- Higher technical education
- Understanding of corporate training trends and best practices
- Deep understanding of software development principles & methodologies
- Work experience in IT area would be a plus
- Expertise in modern learning methods and tools
- Excellent presentation skills
- Stakeholder management
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Negotiation, networking, impacting, and convincing skills
- Courage to take initiative in unfamiliar circumstances
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cooperating with Delivery and Recruitment managers aimed to identify new competencies expansion
- Managing the whole cycle of Technical training courses preparation: training program development and validation, trainers’ selecting and coaching, negotiating the training program, developing by yourself or coordinating the process of training materials creation, taking part in the preparation of the PR campaign
- Analyzing and verifying the quality and content of training data, including course design; performing program evaluations
- Cooperating with office services regarding training courses organization
- Selecting inside and outside consultants and evaluate their training effectiveness
- Supporting and coaching employees, who would like to be trainers and speakers
