RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing)
- Hiring in Ukraine, Canada etc
- Collaborating with hiring managers around role definition, pipeline calibration, interviewing preparedness, candidate assessment, and decision-making
- Creating and placing vacancies at different professional resources
- Proactively develop and execute candidate-generation strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools
- Monitoring job market
- Taking part in PR events (job fairs, conferences, user groups, etc.)
- Preparing recruitment reports
- Maintaining candidates database
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment at international companies or recruitment agencies
- Experience in negotiations with management
- Good knowledge of IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies
- Good skills in candidates search and selection including direct search
- Good knowledge of full cycle recruitment process
- Experience in applying and tuning the processes so they would work quickly and smoothly
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
