We are looking for a Resource Manager for Microsoft Solutions Department. The department unites almost 150 qualified Microsoft Stack professionals: .NET gurus; Full Stack developers; DevOps engineers, Project Managers.

Resource Manager will face such challenges:
• Keeping people motivated via managing their expectations, matching them to the company goals, arranging conditions for their professional growth
• Setting and reaching units/accounts business goals: revenue, gross, debit values; prepare and conduct rate discussions with customers, manage utilization, etc.
• Building new teams for new/existing accounts via hiring people from the market, re-assigning people from other projects, etc.
• Creating, discussing, and signing contracts with subcontractors.
Human Resources: develop, retain, and extend the pool of experts in our company by forecasting business needs, facilitating professional development of personnel, and running continuous education programs with Sigma Software University; hire and properly structure the pool of experts, by properly combining seniorities and expertise, and building efficient hiring plans; be accountable and responsible for controlling salary fund and make sure personnel achievements are properly planned and rewarded, contribute to motivating your team and facilitating career opportunities
Business Development: work tightly with sales and delivery managers and make sure that your team delivers what is in a high demand now and in the future
Strategic Planning: plan for educational activities, help and contribute to PR strategy to properly position the company; budget and manage the budget fulfillment by operating salary funds, seniorities, utilization, and other critical areas
Continuous Improvement: ensure high quality of services delivered by individuals and teams; build up and control over implementation of satisfaction improvement strategies based on feedbacks; cooperate and collaborate with Quality Management and PMO to provide feedback and constant improvement of the utilized processes
Great understanding of corporate environment and objectives, ability to propose and implement solutions for their achievement
Skilled in strategical and tactical planning
Knowledge of Project and Program Management methodology, tools and techniques
Proven hands-on experience in building up effective organizational structures utilizing transparent mechanisms of goals setting and KPI management
Strong inter-personal and leadership skills
Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution capabilities
Expertise in HRM frameworks and practical skills
At least Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English
