We welcome a Project Manager to be a part of such projects.

Project

We have various projects with different needs and specifics:

1. IoT project — The leading European heating technology company that develops, manufactures, and markets a wide range of eco-friendly, energy-efficient solutions for indoor climate comfort in all types of property, plus components and solutions for intelligent heating and control in industry and infrastructure
2. Automotive project — The client possesses a software brand, focused on sensor perception and drive policy, including a full stack of features and functions. The platform requires highly advanced and power-efficient compute, connectivity, and cloud service capabilities across all vehicle tiers
3. Automotive opportunity — The client is a leading provider of safe networked computing platforms whose solutions are applied in markets like automotive, mobile machinery, aerospace, smart manufacturing, and automation

Responsibilities:

• Performance of overall project planning based on predefined Charter; defining, estimating, and scheduling of project work to achieve the scope
• Management of the projects staff: tracking, coordination and timely notification of management about the need of carrier growth of staff; avoiding and elimination of conflicts in the team
• Managing, monitoring, and forecasting of project execution; successful execution and delivery of projects on-time and within allocated budget
• Ensuring of internal and external customers management through effective communication at the level required by generally applicable business ethics standards
• Coordination of development teams and their leads
• Supporting of the entire Software Engineering cycle for the allocated set of projects (Customer Communications, Requirements Analysis, Architecture, Design, Implementation, Documentation, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance)
• Project risk management
• Focusing the team on the result
• On-time monitoring of task fulfillment and reporting to management and customers
• Taking of corrective actions as required to deliver complete scope with desired quality in time and within the budget (including scope change management, risk mitigation)
• Configuration management
• Project Documentation Management
• Project Quality Assurance and Quality Management
• Contributing to projects life-cycle improvement through lessons learned, project archives
• Preparation of new bids (technical and commercial proposals for new projects)

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in project management
• Experience in Fixed Price and T&M budgeting model
• 1+ years of experience of PMs’ management
• Experience as a Business Development Manager (proposals, contracts, pre-sale communications)
• Experience and theoretical background in Agile, PMBOK, ITIL
• Ability to manage projects directly or supervise other PMs
• At least Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English
• Experience of participation in team members evaluation, composing career roadmaps
• Proven experience in conflicts resolution, people motivation, retention
