3+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Proven experience in eliciting requirements
Capable of drafting functional/business/system specifications
Good knowledge of requirement elicitation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations
Fair knowledge and understanding of technology concepts, including the ability to adapt quickly
Excellent relationship management and client coordination skills
Ability to document test scenarios and acceptance criteria
Ability to review test case documents
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)

The main functions of a Business Analyst are:
Define specifications and utilize business analysis skills to document customer processes
Define the features to be developed and record them accurately on the backlog
Work with customers via workshops, interviews, and observations to build an understanding of how a solution might meet their needs
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve quality and deliver better value to the customer
Serve as a customer expert for product questions and queries that may arise internally or externally related to the use of products and services
Work effectively with internal team members, external project principals, subcontractors and suppliers, in defining solutions
Work on standardizing requirements engineering process and best practices within the unit
Improve BA service quality
Mentor junior colleagues within the BA unit as well as mentor and guide other departments towards BA best practices

We are looking for a proactive professional Business Analyst with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle. Your expertise and skills will help us not only develop high-performance software products, but also improve existing and establish new processes within Business Analysis community.
With our tiger team, you will be responsible for work with requirements, identifying and analyzing project stakeholders, taking a deep dive into the analysis of client’s needs.

Together with BA team within our unit, you will work on enabling a high-performance BA service, standardizing BA service and requirements engineering processes, and improving BA service quality.
